Service Agreement & Terms and Conditions for Cinematic Storytelling for Photographers

1. Introduction

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions under which you ("Participant," "You," or "Your") will participate in the Cinematic Storytelling for Photographers Course ("Course"). By enrolling in the Course, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Course Content

The Course includes:

15+ hours of video lessons and educational materials covering cinematic storytelling, techniques, and photography.

Exclusive resources, including guides, templates, and bonus materials.

Access to a community support group, monthly work reviews, and ongoing discussions.

The Course content is for personal use only and cannot be redistributed, copied, or shared without prior written permission from Wild Faith Photo ("Company").

3. Payment Terms

a. Course Fee

The full price of the Course is $1350 USD.

If applicable, a payment plan option is available with 3 monthly payments of $450 USD.

Payments must be completed on time and in full to maintain access to the Course materials.

b. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Course, all sales are final, and no refunds will be provided under any circumstances. Please ensure that you are fully committed to the Course before purchasing.

4. Lifetime Access

You will receive lifetime access to the Course materials and any updates that may be added in the future. However, "lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the Course itself, and not the participant. Wild Faith Photo reserves the right to retire or discontinue the Course at any time, with prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials provided within the Course are the intellectual property of Wild Faith Photo. This includes, but is not limited to, videos, PDFs, guides, and presets. Participants may not copy, share, or distribute any materials without express written consent from Wild Faith Photo.

6. Code of Conduct

a. Respectful Behavior

By joining the Course and its associated community, you agree to behave in a respectful and supportive manner toward other participants. Any inappropriate behavior, such as harassment or discrimination, will result in removal from the Course without a refund.

b. Community Engagement

Participants are encouraged to engage with the online community respectfully. Wild Faith Photo does not tolerate harmful behavior, and reserves the right to remove any participant for violations.

7. Course Updates and Modifications

Wild Faith Photo reserves the right to modify, update, or remove Course content as needed to improve or adjust the program. Participants will be notified of significant updates or changes.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information you share during enrollment or participation in the Course will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties, except where necessary to fulfill legal obligations or provide Course services.

9. Limitation of Liability

Wild Faith Photo makes no guarantees about your individual success as a result of taking this Course. While the Course provides strategies and techniques for improving your photography, it is up to each individual participant to apply the knowledge. Wild Faith Photo is not liable for any results or outcomes.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Colorado. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Colorado.

11. Agreement to Terms

By enrolling in the Cinematic Storytelling for Photographers Course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
